Shipping Policy

Due to postage and customs fees, I only ship within the UK.

Orders will be dispatched within 1-2 working days using Royal Mail Tracked 48 and will arrive within 2-3 working days.

Some crystals, although light in weight, are sent as small parcels due to the shape and are unable to fit through a letterbox.

UK shipping rates:

Small parcel up to 2kg £3.99

Medium parcel up to 10kg £6.60

If you require First Class postage or would prefer another delivery provider, please message via the contact us section.

Items can be returned for an exchange or refund at the buyer's cost, but must be in a resalable condition and returned within 14 days.
