This large satin spar wand, is a powerful tool for gently cleansing and uplifting your energy field.
To cleanse your aura:
1.Hold the wand gently in your dominant hand.
2.Close your eyes and take a deep breath to centre yourself.
3.Starting at the crown of your head, sweep the wand slowly down the sides of your body, staying just a few inches above the skin — as if you’re lightly massaging your energetic field.
4.Move downward in long, fluid strokes: from head to shoulders, arms, chest, and all the way to your feet.
5.As you go, visualise the wand drawing out any heavy or stagnant energy, releasing stress and tension from your aura.
6.When you reach the end of each stroke, flick the wand gently toward an open window, visualising the negative energy being carried out and away released to be transmuted by the light.
7.Repeat as needed.
Each wand varies in size, with the minimum length being 21cm and maximum length of 27cm. 
The approximate thickness of each wand is between 2-3cm.
